Multiple Teams · Cross-Country Awards Banquet

The Ennis Cross-Country team held their annual awards banquet at the Ennis Junior High Thursday night, to distribute and recognize the numerous accomplishments made by the wonderful students who represented Ennis High School during the 2016 season.  Coach Redning spoke about the accomplishments that took place on the numerous course around Texas.  The District 17-5A Championship won by the girls team, the Runner-Up finishes by both the JV Girls and JV Boys.  He spoke about his graduating class of seniors, how they grew during the years with the program and how hard it will be to match their accomplishments.  He then turned the mic over to the outgoing seniors so they could depart what they learned to the underclassmen and women.  Then the team captains began the awards ceremony:
