Ennis Lady Lions edged By Corsicana

Ennis Lady Lions got things moving in the first inning, when Emile Hollingsworth hit a solo homer. The Lady Lions of Ennis High School finished the 2 day competition in second place with 131 points.  Day two saw the finals in the running events and the Lady Lions fared quite well. The 4×100 meter relay team of Celina Perez, L’Derria Myers, Paige Lemonia and Tyquanna Ross won with a time of 49.315

The Lady Lions of Ennis High School had a great first day of competition, seeing four individuals qualify for the area meet from the field events and multiple individuals move onto running finals tomorrow.
